Operating systems
- Windows: Windows 7 or above.
- macOS: macOS 14 Sonoma or newer; 64-bit Intel or Apple Silicon.
- Linux: 64-bit Linux with Java 25. Oracle lists Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Oracle Linux 8, RHEL 8, and SLES 15.
Setup and connection
- Java 25 is required to run the JAR application.
- The Windows installer includes the application and its Java runtime.
- Install the latest Microsoft .NET Framework for the Windows installer.
- An internet connection is required to fetch the Minecraft versions list and retrieve version data from Mojang servers.
